About Me

Aerial Mind: Coopersburg, PA, United States; Christy, Aerial Mind's owner has been mentored and trained by Jayne Bernasconi (Air Bernasconi, Baltimore MD) and Shanna Kennedy (Philadelphia School of Circus Arts) over the last 6 years. She has deepen her practice over time with Elsie and Serenity Smith-Forchion at the New England Center for the Circus arts. The Aerial work that Christine proposes steams from her background as a clinical Psychologist and her interest in the body and mind connection. The practice is aimed to promote performance and wellness adherence utilizing aerials and movement as a tool to aid this process. She has a significant experience as an instructor including HIV Prevention Trainer for the Red Cross, Loyola College instructor for the Helping Relationship class and also Instructor of developmental psychology for the Jesuit University in Santiago Chile (in collaboration with Loyola College in Maryland) and practices Clinical Psychology at the Center of Integrative Psychotherapy in Allentown, PA.
